PSA Services: We were retained on the first project to carry out a Feasibility Study including preparation of drawings and submission of pre-application enquiry; planning application including Design and Access Statement and submission of Building Regulations application including Access Statement and for the current project we were retained likewise for Planning, Listed Building Consent, Building Regulations and dealing with Planning Conditions (Approval of Details applications). This project is looking to be on site late 2017.

Comments: To achieve this we had to work closely with Liverpool City Council Conservation Department as this is a Grade II Listed Building. We also have a very good relationship with our Client having worked with them for 10 years.
