Project: Extensions, internal and external alterations and signage to retail premises.
PSA Services: Design of new build, extensions and alteration works. Planning/Discharge of Planning Conditions and Building Regulations Approvals. Liaising with sub-consultants. Party wall services. Pre-Contract Services: preparation of tender documentation, drawings/information, tender analysis, tender report. Produce Contract Documentation and chairing pre-contract meeting. Post Contract Services: Chairing monthly site meetings, producing minutes, monitoring the progress and quality of the work, checking valuations, produce interim valuation certificates, assess and confirm contract instructions and produce Final Account. Undertake twelve months defects inspection survey and produce ‘Snagging List’ for Contractor to complete and re-inspect upon completion.
