Project: Proposed new-build of 10No. self-contained flats and 1No. detached bungalow at Hoylake Road, Wirral CH46.
PSA Services: Pre-Contract Services: Design and preparation of working drawings; preparation of tender documentation, drawings/information, tender analysis, tender report. Produce Contract Documentation and chairing pre-contract meeting. Post Contract Services: Chairing monthly site meetings, producing minutes, monitoring the progress and quality of the work, checking valuations, produce interim valuation certificates, assess and confirm contract instructions and produce Final Account. Undertake six month defects inspection survey and produce ‘Snagging List’ for Contractor to complete and re-inspect upon completion.
Comments: This project was completed six weeks early and within budget.
