Project: Single storey rear extension & two storey side extension to form kitchen/dining room, playroom, utility, garage & 2 No bedrooms including internal & external alterations, within an 18 week timescale.
PSA Services: Design of single storey rear extension & two storey side extension. Planning and Building Regulations Approvals. Pre-Contract Services: preparation of tender documentation, drawings/information, tender analysis, tender report. Produce Contract Documentation and chairing pre-contract meeting. Post Contract Services: Chairing monthly site meetings, producing minutes, monitoring the progress and quality of the work, checking valuations, produce interim valuation certificates, assess and confirm contract instructions and produce Final Account. Undertake six month defects inspection survey and produce ‘Snagging List’ for Contractor to complete and re-inspect upon completion.
