Address: 1 Warren Road, Blundellsands, Liverpool L23
Project:Single storey extension to rear elevation including internal and external alterations andalterations to car park to provide additional parking, wheelchair accessible ramps and pedestrian access and alterations to main entrance and reception areas.
PSA Services: Design of extension and alteration works. Planning and Building Regulations Approvals. Pre-Contract Services: preparation of tender documentation, drawings/information, tender analysis, tender report. Produce Contract Documentation and chairing pre-contract meeting. Post Contract Services: Chairing monthly site meetings, producing minutes, monitoring the progress and quality of the work, checking valuations, produce interim valuation certificates, assess and confirm contract instructions and produce Final Account. Undertake six month defects inspection survey and produce ‘Snagging List’ for Contractor to complete and re-inspect upon completion.
Comments: Blundellsands Surgery is located within the Blundellsands Park Conservation Area, therefore any proposed changes ie extension and/or alteration works were highly scrutinised by the Planning Department. These projects were completed on time and within budget.
