Project: Internal and External Alterations, Renovation and Repairs to Grade II Listed Building containing Private Medical Consulting Rooms.
PSA Services: Design of alteration works. Obtaining Planning, Listed Building Consent and Building Regulations Approvals. Pre-Contract Services: preparation of tender documentation, drawings/information, tender analysis, tender report. Produce Contract Documentation and chairing pre-contract meeting. Post Contract Services: Chairing monthly site meetings, producing minutes, monitoring the progress and quality of the work, checking valuations, produce interim valuation certificates, assess and confirm contract instructions and produce Final Account. Undertake six month defects inspection survey and produce ‘Snagging List’ for Contractor to complete and re-inspect upon completion.
Comments: This was a difficult project to undertake as the Consulting Rooms were in use during the course of the works.
