Project: We have undertaken a couple of projects for G B Tours: the first project when they expanded into the next door unit so replacement of shop front , formation of openings (between 256 and 258) including internal and external alterations and then they expanded again into the next unit and so again replacement of shop front, single storey rear elevation extension, formation of passageway (between 258 and 260), relocation of staircase, formation of kitchenette and 2No toilets (ground and first floor) including internal and external alterations.
PSA Services: Design of alteration works. Planning and Building Regulations Approvals. Pre-Contract Services: preparation of tender documentation, drawings/information, tender analysis, tender report. Produce Contract Documentation and chairing pre-contract meeting. Post Contract Services: Chairing monthly site meetings, producing minutes, monitoring the progress and quality of the work, checking valuations, produce interim valuation certificates, assess and confirm contract instructions and produce Final Account. Undertake six month defects inspection survey and produce ‘Snagging List’ for Contractor to complete and re-inspect upon completion.
Comments: These projects were completed on time and within budget.
